Cast Iron Basalt we bring forth is a mineral of unusually excellent abrasion resistance, great resistance against moisture, virtually all alkalis and acids, high compressive strength and is absolutely rust free. It is generated by melting chosen natural-broken into sizes ranging from 20 to 50mm in shaft furnaces at temperatures upto 300o C just after casting at which the molten basalt forms pherolithic crystals, uniform, and thus producing its typical physical properties in specific its exceptional wear-resistance and hardness. Cast Iron Basalt reaches a value of hardness of 8 minimum on the hardness scale.
